LIQUID PAINTING
Our company carries out industrial painting by applying liquid paint through the use of high and low pressure pumps.
We work according to customer specifications, applying various types of paints.
POWDER COATING
It is a highly ecological and modern process that has been developing over the years.
The final result of a good powder coating treatment is a coating with excellent aesthetics, adhesion and resistance.
ANTICORROSIVE TREATMENT
Tecnopiver is equipped to carry out anticorrosive painting treatments of pipelines, large pipes, plant engineering, heavy carpentry for industrial sectors, coatings on valves, on shore and off shore plants at its headquarters.
METALLIZATION
The metallization process consists in the spray application of a molten metal on a sandblasted surface.
The modern "arc-spray" metallization process allows to obtain high melting temperatures and a high deposit of material per layer, thus guaranteeing optimal adhesion values even for high thicknesses.
Metallization can ensure protection in very severe operating conditions for temperatures over 200 ° C, and immersion in water with temperatures over 50 ° C.
